The labyrinth of APA formatting is very much like putting together a IKEA couch, without the instructions; baffling and frustrating! how could a person know that citing sources could be a lot like deciphering a code that is full of parentheses, commas, and all sorts of italics! One minute you think you have it down and then you are moving slower than molasse on a cold day. Reading the APA Manual reminds me that there are some things that can only end in existential crises! Hard to believe that a human can learn anything they put their mind to. And if all else fails there’s always openings in the basket weaving industry.
