Changing with the Times

The job market of the future demands us to be able to change, and this is important for psychology graduates wanting to build great careers. As Mrs. Dengler points out, “the classical things that companies looked for are not as important as the abilities they have to adapt and overcome situations” (Dengler, 2020). This clearly points out the need for “employagility,” where graduates must not only have a degree but also learn how to apply their skills in many different ways. By working to build our resumes and focus our coursework with our different skills, we can move better through the modern workforce and find a great life beyond just titles or money. this will add a focus for learning and flexibility that will set us up for the future challenges.
