Gratitude is good

Expressing gratitude is the method you choose that can significantly impact all aspects of your life. Walsh et al. (2022) highlighted that the private expressions of thanks can create a deeper emotional connection. Thoughtful text messages will be just as effective as face to face for the most part. Public acknowledgments on any platform is a good idea. Always make sure to tailor your gratitude to the personality becouse that is all that matters, not the medium.
